Terms of Service

Welcome to SunGod. We make clean, non-carbonated, organic alcoholic beverages for people who care what they’re drinking. By using this site or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and policies.

1. Orders & Fulfillment

All SunGod orders containing alcohol are fulfilled by licensed third-party retailers within the AccelPay retail network. Your purchase is processed through these retailers, and AccelPay’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and eCommerce terms apply to those transactions.

2. Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship to the continental U.S. only.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

  • Orders are fulfilled within 3–5 business days.

  • Standard shipping typically takes an additional 3–8 business days depending on location.

  • Orders containing alcohol require adult (21+) signature and ID check upon delivery.

If your order includes both alcohol and merchandise, items may arrive in separate shipments.

3. Delivery Standards

  • Three delivery attempts will be made to the provided shipping address.

  • If delivery fails after three attempts, the package is marked undeliverable and returned.

  • If this happens:

    • Refunds are available, minus a $25 Undeliverable Package Fee and original shipping.

    • Reshipment is available for a $40 flat fee, which covers redelivery and return costs.

    • Additional fees may apply depending on your order.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to alcohol shipping regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products containing alcohol.

Need to cancel?

  • Orders may be canceled only before they ship.

  • Send your cancellation request to: support@accelpay.io

  • Cancellation is not guaranteed and is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Received the wrong item or a damaged order?

  • Contact support@accelpay.io with a photo of the issue.

  • Our fulfillment partner will coordinate a replacement within 3 business days.

5. General Legal Stuff

All purchases through our site are made via licensed retailers and not directly from SunGod. SunGod does not sell alcohol directly to consumers. By purchasing, you confirm you are 21+ and legally allowed to buy alcohol in your jurisdiction.
